If you have made a purchase (subscription or credits) and have not used any credits, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase date.

2.1 Eligible for Refund

  • Purchases made within the last 3 days
  • Unused credits or subscriptions (no generation tasks performed)
  • First-time refund requests for new users
  • Technical issues preventing service access (verified by our team)

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Any credits that have been used for generation tasks
  • Purchases made more than 3 days ago
  • Subscriptions after the initial billing cycle has ended
  • Credits purchased at promotional or discounted rates
  • Multiple refund requests from the same account

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

  • Once credits have been used for any generation task, they become non-refundable
  • Free trial credits and bonus credits are non-refundable

  • Currency conversion fees imposed by payment providers are non-refundable
